Client Portal Terms

Portal accounts are issued to individual authorized users and may not be shared. Multi-factor authentication is required as enabled for production accounts. Firms may have multiple attorneys and assistants with separate accounts.

Portal status information and estimated delivery dates are operational updates and may change as work progresses. Secure file delivery uses ShareFile. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials and authenticator recovery information.
